About founding prices
For our first 5 signed projects in total, in return for written case-study permission and a 20-minute feedback call after 60 days. Share real before-and-after figures only if you agree. List prices apply after the first 5 projects. Ask us to confirm eligibility; no remaining-place count is claimed.
Timelines start after the first payment and complete content. *WhatsApp API goes live after Meta verification. Provider approvals can affect delivery.

Before we talk.
Is Arabic included?
Yes. Arabic and English, with proper right-to-left layout, are included in every package. You supply product and page copy in both languages, or we quote copywriting separately.
Do I own my website and accounts?
Yes. We build in your accounts, in your name. You keep control of your domain, store and content. We train you to make day-to-day updates.
What do I need to prepare?
Your logo, product or service list, prices, photos, Arabic and English copy, and delivery and return policies. Account access is shared by a secure collaborator invitation.
How do payments work?
For projects below AED 12,000: 50% to start, 25% at design approval and 25% at launch. From AED 12,000: 40% / 30% / 30%. The final payment is due at launch or 5 working days after handover for review, whichever is first. In-scope defects reported in writing during that window are fixed before the final payment is due.
Does WhatsApp ordering need the API?
A button that prepares an order message works with the WhatsApp Business app. Automated confirmations, reminders and AI replies use the official API, which requires Meta verification and provider fees. For website bookings, your team confirms each request unless you add automation.
Are there ongoing costs?
Yes. Your proposal lists platform or hosting, apps, payment provider and WhatsApp costs where relevant. Care plans are separate. Store + WhatsApp includes the first month of tuning, followed by AED 990/month with a 3-month minimum; the AI Assistant also needs AED 990/month management with a 3-month minimum. Starter management is optional at AED 590/month.
Can you work with my existing store?
Yes. We can add WhatsApp automation to Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla or Zid. We scope the connection with you before quoting.
